The Foundation also supports projects organized by other institutions that are consistent with the specific targets of the Foundation.
To this end, the Foundation examines various projects in the field of musical education and training that bring music into environments and places, which are often excluded from usual musical training or concerts.The Foundation has thus provided financial support to the following projects (among others):
- Institut Emile-Jacques Dalcroze in Geneva, for the organisation of the international travelling exhibition “Emile Jaques-Dalcroze: la Musique en mouvement”, inaugurated in Geneva on 3 March 2003;
- Association Jolimont Musique in Erlach (Switzerland), with respect to the chamber music classes for children and young people;
- A.GI.MUS, for the music initiatives and concerts organized by this association at the hospital of Careggi (near Florence);
- Fondazione Perugia Musica Classica, for the project „music matinees“ with various events and concerts (classical music) for children of elementary school;
- Concours de Genève, to cover the travel and accommodation expenses for the participants;
- Academy of Indian Classical Music di Varanasi (India), to support the “Benares Boccha Children Project”, a music school for children living in a difficult social environment;
- Ernen Musikdorf(Switzerland) for the “Festival der Zukunft”, a chamber music festival in a small mountain village in Wallis.
Donazioni
The Foundations grants smaller donations to various music ensembles for their concert activity.
