Musique & Seniors Association
The Musique et Seniors Association offers classical music courses, both instrumental and vocal, accessible to all senior citizens in Aigle, and organizes group workshops and events relating to music.
This project is innovative in the field of music education. Teachers gain insight into the particular situations of the elderly through the association’s annual training courses, which place emphasis on the pleasure of learning.

Activities
The Musique & Seniors Association offers individual and group courses in instrument playing and singing, suitable for both beginners and experienced musicians.
The activities of the group workshops encourage exchange, ensemble playing, and listening to music.
Concerts are organized every year.
The Aim
The aim of the Musique & Seniors activities is to offer seniors a programme for learning at any age (Lifelong Learning), as well as a way to stay independent and fit. They also help prevent social isolation, which affects many seniors. Some group workshops are intergenerational.
